At our core, we are invested in improving our community, and that starts by investing in our people.

The Social Order was founded in 2003 with the mission to bring together the citizens and visitors of Oklahoma City through food, beverage & exceptional hospitality. Twenty-two years and nineteen restaurants across the region later, The Social Order is a pillar of community in Oklahoma City.  The Social Order is constantly evolving and innovating to bring new and unique experiences to its customers, never complacent The Social Order’s quest for excellence is unmatched.

At our core, we are invested in improving our community, and that starts by investing in our people. Every team member, from back of house to C-Suite, is guaranteed benefits and educational resources to support longevity in their career path and foster their overall wellbeing. Training programs, conferences, workshops, mental health services, parental leave, and more are just some of the ways we show our team how important they are to us on a daily basis. The result? A team inspired by their work and encouraged to view the hospitality industry as a long-term, rewarding career path, rather than a last resort.
